We all love the island of Cyprus, where we have chosen to reside. We want to see the most being made of its rich environment, from the sea to the mountains; from the air we breathe to the water we drink; from the rich flora to the varied bird, reptile and insect life.
We recognise that the environment in Cyprus is under threat from development, pollution and the effects of over exploitation of its natural resources. We also recognise global warming and wonder how we can all help?
Guest speakers will cover subjects such as creepy crawlies and insects, reptiles, bird migration, urban and coastal developments, recycling and global warming effects.
